It primarily holds a 100% interest in the Bokan-Dotson Ridge rare earth element project located in Alaska, United States. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Bedford, Canada, Ucore Rare Metals was formerly known as Ucore Uranium Inc. before rebranding in June 2010.
