Iguatemi provides the commercial exploration and planning of shopping centers in Brazil. The company is also involved in the purchase of parking lots, and sale of real estate, as well as economic, financial and tax advisory, and consultancy services. Founded in 1946 and headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, Iguatemi was formerly known as Jereissati Participações S.A. before rebranding in November 2021.
