Serabi Gold provides the evaluation, exploration, and development of gold and other metals mining projects in Brazil. The company explores and produces gold and copper deposits.

It primarily holds 100% interests in the Palito mining complex and the Coringa Gold Project located in the Tapajos region of northern Brazil. Formerly known as Serabi Mining Plc, the company rebranded as Serabi Gold plc in October 2011. Serabi Gold plc was incorporated in 2004 and is based in Cobham, United Kingdom.
